Lead Pastor -

Mark Allen

Pastor Mark is the founding Pastor of Pursuit Community Church. He is passionate about connecting with people who are far from God. He’s a husband and father to two amazing kids. He leads the team and spends his time mostly connecting, vision casting and preaching at Pursuit. In his off time, you will find him playing softball and vintage video games.

Pastor of Kids Ministry - Bobbie Booth

Bobbie grew up in the Twin cities and loves to call them her home. She has traveled extensively and enjoys engaging in cross cultural ministry. Bobbie has been married to Dan, her partner in crime, for 10 years. She has two very energetic boys, Gideon(5) & Levi(2). When not working on her food truck with Dan, she loves to bake, create art in many different forms, play board games and can't say no to a good cup of coffee. Bobbie has a heart for all people regardless of age. She loves to help them see their worth through Christ's eyes, have a deep relationship with Him and to be empowered by the Holy Spirit to be the hands and feet of Jesus. Bobbie is excited to partner with the parents of Pursuit as they raise their children to love Jesus and to share the truth with kids about how much Jesus loves them.

Director of Worship- Lauren De Cleene

Lauren has been a member of the Pursuit worship team since 2021 and stepped into the role of interim Director in April of 2022.

Director of

Ministry -

Megan Lindquist

Megan has been a part of the Pursuit team from the very beginning and joined our staff officially in January of 2019. She is the heartbeat of everything happening behind the scenes. If Mark is the vision, Megan is the implementation. Her focus is logistics, communication and the day to day operations at Pursuit. Megan has been in ministry for 15 years. She has spent most of those years working with middle and high school students as well as on the mission field in Mexico. In her off time, you will find her at the cabin, in a hammock reading or hanging out with friends.

Pastor of Connections -

Aaron Lynch

Aaron Lynch is a 19-year veteran of non-profit and youth/family ministry. He was born in Bremen, Germany and has spent most of his life in Minnesota and Montreal, Quebec. Aaron has been married to his beautiful/talented wife (Jessica) for 15 years and they spend most of their time raising their 6-year-old twins, Aksel and Victoria.

Aaron is passionate about discipleship, helping individuals maximize their faith, and developing new/creative ways to live both of those in Kingdom focused ways. He loves God, his family, reading/learning, DIY projects, mentoring/coaching, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. The Lynches live in North St. Paul and Aaron is excited to be a part of the Pursuit team!
